The Department of Human Resource Management, together with Robert Bauer (JKU Linz) and Giuseppe Delmestri (LUISS Roma), is organizing the 13th Austrian/ASSIOA Early Scholars Workshop in Management on April 23–24, 2026, at the University of Graz.
The workshop invites early-career scholars who are pursuing an academic career in the fields of organization and management, human resource management, strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, international management, or public management. In line with the faculty members’ expertise in institutional perspectives, innovation, digital transformation, and grand societal challenges, the workshop is particularly well suited for submissions in these areas. The workshop is open to interested scholars who have already completed their dissertation in full or to a substantial extent. Participation is free of charge for accepted early-career scholars.
