Danijela Ernst, Head of Talent & Development at Anton Paar GmbH, delivered a guest lecture as part of the English-taught course Practice of Human Resource Management (Christian Hirt) in the Bachelor's specialization in “Human Resources”.
Her lecture, titled “Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding” offered students fascinating insights into current trends and challenges in international recruitment, as well as into the positioning of a global employer brand. Using best-practice examples from the company context, she vividly demonstrated how modern HR work is applied in practice.
