Jungwon (Jamie) Min, Professor of of Organization Theory and Strategy at INHA University in Incheon, South Korea, was a visiting scholar at the Department of Human Resource Management from 7 to 16 January 2026.
As part of the Erasmus+ International teaching mobility programme with INHA University, she delivered guest lectures on cross-cultural human resource management as well as on her research in the field of organizational behaviour, with a particular focus on dealing with errors. In addition, she discussed students’ master’s thesis projects in the master’s seminar on human resource management and leadership.
