On October 28 and December 2, 2024, students from the Master‘s specialization “Human Resource Management and Leadership” attended court hearings at the Regional Civil Court in Graz, as part of the Seminar “Labor Law, Human Resource Management and Employment Relations” led by Prof. Ortlieb.
The intricate resolution of various issues related to the dismissal of an employee highlighted the importance of forward-looking, prudent human resource management and professional leadership in real-world practice.
