Workshop zur Arbeitsmarktintegration von Geflüchteten

Am 11. Juli 2019 hat das Institut für Personalpolitik einen weiteren ExpertInnen-Workshop im Rahmen der Forschungsprojekte LAMIRA (Labour Market Integration of Refugees in Austria) und INREST (Integration of Refugees in Styrian Companies) veranstaltet. In der „Talenteküche“ in Eggenberg wurden Forschungsergebnisse präsentiert und mit ExpertInnen aus der Praxis diskutiert.

Die aktuellen Ergebnisse der schriftlichen Befragungen von Geflüchteten, Fallstudien und Gruppendiskussionen sowie zur Umsetzung des neu entwickelten praktischen Integrationskonzepts werden demnächst in zwei Berichten veröffentlicht. Diese können über die LAMIRA-/INREST-Internetseite heruntergeladen werden.
