Bachelor-SBWL "Human Resource Management"
The SBWL "Human Resource Management" provides in-depth knowledge that is required for personnel selection, personnel development, job design, remuneration design and other areas in human resource management.
As part of practical projects, students work together with companies on specific problems from HR practice. These practical projects can also form the basis for the Bachelor's thesis .
Practical case studies, guest lectures and company visits are just as much a part of the program as an international orientation.

Master-SBWL "Human Resource Management and Leadership"
It is possible to join SBWL in both the winter and summer semesters. We recommend that you only attend the seminar on Human Resource Management and Leadership after you have successfully completed two proseminars (8 ECTS).
