Katarina Štrangarov, MSc

Katarina Štrangarov has been a Research and Teaching Assistant at the Department of Human Resources Management of the University of Graz since July 2019. She has 6 years of professional experience, outside of academia, in the Human Resources, Educational Services, Customer Relationship Management, and Marketing.

In 2013 she earned her MSc degree in Service Management at the Lund University, Sweden.  Formerly, in 2011 she earned BA degree in Engineering Management at the University of Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia. Katarina Štrangarov received several academic awards, including Erasmus Mundus Basileus mobility grant for master studies, Awards from the University of Novi Sad and Faculty of Technical Sciences, Republic of Serbia, for the highest GPA throughout her bachelor studies.

Her main research interests focus on human resource management, return migration, South Eastern Europe.
