On 23 and 24 April 2026, the Department of Human Resource Management hosted the Thirteenth Austrian/ASSIOA Early Scholars Workshop in Management (AAESWM) at the University of Graz. The workshop was organised in cooperation with Robert M. Bauer (JKU Linz) and Giuseppe Delmestri (LUISS, Rome). Forty participants presented and discussed research contributions by early-career scholars in the fields of organization and management, human resource management, strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and public management. In two Creative Sessions led by artist-researcher Carolyn Defrin (University of Graz), all participants collaboratively developed ideas about the organizations of the future, along with possible approaches for both research and practice.
