Prof. Huynh Thi My Hanh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Head of the Human Resource Management Programme at the University of Economics – The University of Danang, and Prof. Nguyen Hiep, Dean of the UK Institute for Research and Executive Education (VNUK) – The University of Danang, Vietnam, visited the Department of Human Resource Management from 7 to 11 June 2026.
As part of the Erasmus+ International Teaching Mobility Programme with the University of Danang, they delivered guest lectures on intercultural and strategic human resource management in the Vietnamese context.
In addition, the visit provided an opportunity for academic exchange with colleagues from our faculty regarding potential future cooperation with the University of Danang. Special thanks are extended to Dr. Rybnicek and his team at the Department of Corporate Leadership and Entrepreneurship and Doris Knasar from the International Relations Office for their support in organizing the visit and facilitating this exchange.
The visit of our Vietnamese colleagues highlights the strong collaboration between the Department of Human Resource Management and its international partner universities and opens up new perspectives for further international networking in research and teaching.
