On March 4, 2024, Prof. Ortlieb, together with Dr. Jürgen Fleiß from the Institute for Operations and Information Systems, and Moritz Rettensteiner, inaugurated the new course “Gender and Diversity Management.” Fifty students attended the lecture/practical, which is a mandatory course for all students in the new curriculum for the Bachelor’s Program Business Administration (Curriculum 2023). The course examines organizational practices from a gender and diversity perspective. Theoretical concepts from gender and diversity research, as well as research on decision biases, are introduced, and their practical application is discussed.
