The teaching of the Department of Human Resource Management focuses on "Fundamentals of Management" and "Human Resource Management" (bachelor level) and on "Human Resource Management and Leadership" (master level).
Our teaching aims at enhancing theoretical and empirical grounded knowledge related to human resource management. Our particular concern is that students acquire the ability to change perspectives. They should be capable of critically considering human resource management concepts and practices from the viewpoints of different theories and multiple actors. Altogether, students should acquire knowledge, skills and abilities that enable them to responsibly and reflectively make decisions concerning personnel issues in their future professional area.
We welcome international students. While the majority of our courses are taught in German, some courses are also available in English:
- Human Resource Management in Practice, KS, bachelor level, 4 ECTS, by Katarina Strangarov
