Ao. Univ.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Josef Scheff

Ao. Univ.-Prof. Mag. Dr. Josef Scheff has been working at the Institute of Human Resource Management at the University of Graz since 2009. From 2006 to 2008 he was Head of the Department of Organization and Human Resource Management. Since 2001 he has been Professor of Business Administration at the University of Graz. Josef Scheff was a member of two groups of experts of the European Commission between 1998 and 2001. Since 1996 he is setting up several consulting and management firms. During his career he successfully completed several research projects. His research interests include organizational learning and development, leadership in civil service and human resource management in small and medium-sized companies.
